Why did you charge me already, when my package has not even been shipped yet?

Since we create custom and personalized items that are engraved or hand made, we process orders only after we have received payment. So, when you place an order with us, whether on the phone or through our website, funds are instantly captured from your credit card.

Yes, we ship overseas to other countries outside the continental US. If you live outside the Continental United States and wish to make a purchase from us, please EMAIL US for exact shipping and handling fees.

my order won't go through paypal. says i need to add funds?

This is a filter that is within our Paypal settings which is triggered by large sales, usually over $500. This filter is in place for security against possible fraudulent purchases. If you run into this problem you may put your purchases on more than one ticket to work around the safety filters. We will not charge you for extra shipping and handling. If needed, we will refund any shipping ad handling overpaid to us.

SHIPMENT ARRIVAL TIMES

We do not keep an entire inventory of our merchandize in stock at all times. Therefore, please allow 10-14 business days for your purchase to arrive.

Many of our items are handmade. This means they are not made until you order it. Please allow two weeks before all handmade items are shipped. We cannot guarantee a specific shipment date on any of our handmade items so please keep this in mind if you are ordering it as a gift, especially near traditional holidays when shipping services are already at a peak.

We cannot offer express delivery on any of our handmade items due to the very nature that they are handmade as they are ordered. All handmade items listed on our site take approximately 2 weeks to make before shipping. Please keep this in mind if you are purchasing a handmade item as a gift or for a holiday.

SIZING YOUR DOG FOR A PROPER FIT

Most of our pages that have items which are sized will have a chart specific specific to those items at the bottom of each page. Please follow instructions carefully, measure your dog as instructed and do not go by your dog's current collar size!

There are no refunds for items returned due to wrong size!

Well, we love the little guys and we feel they look really swell in glitz and glam! They are the perfect size dog to accessorize and a lot of small dog owners love to dress up their little darlings. Gypsy the red Chihuahua was the inspiration for our small dog Boutique and she has always fit the description of a small, glamorous dog with style and attitude!

But we also love the big breeds as well, so we have searched diligently for beautiful accessories that will fit the large dog breeds as well as the small breeds. We feel we have a broad spectrum of glamorous items available for all dog breeds and a huge selection of Martingale handmade collars developed primarily for Sight Hounds. No, none of Gypsy's personal ensembles displayed on her web site are for sale. They are one-of-a-kind outfits made entirely by hand by her loving owner Sylvia Woolwine. Gypsy's owner says she could not bear to part with any of Gypsy's clothing for sentimental reasons.

Yes! We do sell pet ID tags suitable for engraving. We offer  a wide variety of engrave able Pet ID tags, some sporty and utilitarian, while others are quite fancy and glamorous.

WILL WE BE SELLING A FULL LINE OF PET SUPPLIES IN THE FUTURE?

We will be adding new and unique items to our Boutique in the near future, but we will not be carrying a full line of pet supplies. There are many reputable sites on the Internet to purchase all sorts of pet supplies but we intend to strive to serve the dog owners who want something special and unique for their best friends. We would like for our site to be a unique place for them to shop for dress up items without their pet having to actually wear clothes. What a joy to see the beauty of your pet displayed in a gorgeous collar and lead, his body unadorned and pleasing to the eye.
